I plan on loads of salad, veggies, turkey (a couple of servings) a small piece of pumpkin pie and that is about it. No stuffing because I know I would not be able to stop.Michelehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16422138891797605472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3789015470475947309.post-90365097288890085192010-11-22T14:10:44.838-08:002010-11-22T14:10:44.838-08:00More turkey, more green beans and broccoli for me....More turkey, more green beans and broccoli for me. Less sweet potatoes. No bread. Just a bit of cornbread dressing. No mac & cheese. No dessert. I hadn't even thought about the fact that people WILL be watching us to see what we eat and how much is piled on our plates. After all the remarks that have been made to me about how much weight I've lost and how "good" I look, it all comes down to the fact that they still will be watching to see what I eat. They will either see an overflowing plate and think "well, she'll gain all her weight back in a few months", or they'll see me eat sensibly and think "wow, so that's how she's done it. good for her". I know what I WANT them to be thinking and that will guide me in my decisions. Thanks!Stacyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18416906765569667619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3789015470475947309.post-46211754791117128572010-11-21T20:35:59.260-08:002010-11-21T20:35:59.260-08:00500 extra calories is a lot of extra turkey. And honestly, it's more the "carb" part that will get me....potatoes are my weakness.
