Isn't it amazing when you look back...Very nice! Isn't it amazing when you look back to who you used to be, you realize it was an entirely different person? Struggling as I may be now, I am nowhere NEAR what I used to be. <br /><br />I hear you on the ankles, I have bones that fuzed together or something stupid like that so I don't know if mine even CAN be strengthened. Take it easy and just walk, walking is exercise too you know! You're fairly new at this journey, I think, so who knows, a year or so from now, with less weight and more muscle, you might surprise yourself! <br /><br />How is the family for support? Will you be able to eat a lower calorie thanksgiving?
